Editorial titled “Zycie” from the May 2011 issue of Zink Magazine. Model Weronika Gawrys shot by Cristian Di Stefano. The mood of the shoot is so dreamy, I love the surreal feel of the reflective shot. Kudos to stylist Alegna Merlino Seyer, I want all these pieces in my closet, now.
Another great fall editorial with a gorgeous outdoor setting. I love when the background images work so well with the styling and the model. Model Luisa Bianchin, shot by Thomas Krappitz, styled by fashion editor, Monika Kropfitsch. The looks include pieces by Yves Saint Laurent, Fendi and Max Mara.
Edie Campbell is a really versatile model it seems, she can look like a school girl, all dolled up old-school glamorous, and apparently with the right make up, kind of Asian. The editorial was shot by Tiziano Magni for Numéro China May 2011 issue (#8) and styled by Joseph Carle. There are some great pieces in this spread, I love the really low crotch harem pants, and the mustard-colored embellished top. Once again the beige leather Gucci top has made it’s way into yet another editorial, I think this is the third one, maybe even fourth, that I’ve spotted it in, does that garment have it’s own marketing team?
The editorial is titled “Physical” shot by Tom Munro, styled by Charles Varenne. This may be my favorite editorial so far this year, so many amazing shots, and Abbey Lee looks fantastic.
Kate Moss is the eternal model muse, she has fascinated the fashion world since her emergence and it seems that she’s not leaving the spotlight anytime soon. She is on the cover of the May issue of French Vogue and is featured in a great editorial inside. The editorial was photographed by Mert & Marcus.
January Jones is on the cover of W Magazine this month. This actress, best known for her role on Mad Men, can definitely play model anytime. She is classically gorgeous but with a face made for high fashion.
